Mobile Home Tenant Based Rental Assistance (MHTBRA)
A new program will provide monthly rental assistance to eligible very low-income Huntington Beach senior mobile home owners to pay a portion of their space rent for up to 24 months.
The initial program offering will be limited, providing assistance to approximately 30 households. Participating households are required to pay 30% of their gross monthly income for space rent, and the City will subsidize the difference up to the local fair market space rent.
